Don’t let the title fool you; this isn’t the default WordPress first blog post! Today marks the official resurgence of the HeadingTwo brand. This time, TJ and I don’t work at the same marketing agency, talking to the same people, reading the same blog articles, and listening to the same podcasts. (Well, we still do some of that, but not all the same.)
At the end of 2019 – pre-pandemic – TJ and I both parted ways with our former agency and set out on different paths. TJ started at another local agency after just a month. I held out a bit longer (looking for remote work) and settled into a support position at SkyVerge—later acquired by GoDaddy. TJ now works at Progressive Dental in Clearwater, FL and I’m part of the Field Events team for GoDaddy Pro.
Long story short, we’re in different places in our (now diverging) careers and want to take this opportunity to learn from each other’s journeys and perspectives. I’ll be bringing my product company background and TJ will be sharing his agency experience. More on all of that later. ✌️
